Availability
Booking a date through the website does not guarantee availability. I will confirm your date within 24 hours of receiving your booking. Your order is not finalized until you receive confirmation.
Prices
All prices are subject to change due to market value and inflation. Pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Refund, Cancellation & Payment Policy

All sales are final — services, website shop items, and menu items are non-refundable.

You may reschedule an order or event as long as food has not already been purchased.

Once the initial deposit invoice has been sent, cancellations are not allowed. However, you may reschedule (pending availability) if food has not yet been purchased.

If cancellation occurs within 7 days of your event date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking date and time.
Invoicing
&
Payment Reminders

For events booked more than 14 days in advance, a payment reminder will be sent via Square 7 days before your event (i.e., 14 days before your event date).

Final payment is due on the day of the event. The final invoice will be sent via Square, along with 4 reminders.

Final invoices must be paid within 3 days of your event.
Non-Allergy, Vegan, Vegetarian, & Gluten-Free Options
I do everything I can to prevent cross-contamination, but I cannot guarantee allergen-free or anything-free products. If you have severe allergies, please contact me directly to discuss options. I take your safety seriously and will work with you to accommodate your needs where possible.

All items are intended for private home consumption. They are processed and prepared without state or local inspection and are not for resale.
