After seven years in the corporate world, I made the leap to follow my passion and turn my love for food into a full-time dream. With a Professional Culinary Certificate from the Park City Culinary Institute, I’ve built a catering business that specializes in crafting stunning, delicious charcuterie boards and offering personalized food experiences.

My journey has been one of purpose, growth, and support. From the encouragement of my family to the amazing people I’ve met along the way, every step has shaped the heart behind Mel’s Munchies. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a large celebration, I pour my love, artistry, and attention to detail into every board and bite.
When I’m not assembling charcuterie creations or planning events, you’ll find me staying busy in other ways! I lend a hand in my dad’s business, spend quality time with my three dogs and cat, and share life’s adventures with my amazing husband, Devon.
